Would not recommend during the warm months. The hotel states online that it has aircon and our room definitely did not. Windows do not open so no fresh or cool air, both children and us couldn’t sleep very well which meant grumpy children and parents in the morning. Asked for more toilet paper as when we arrived there was very little left and still had to go back a second time to ask for more toilet paper.

Nice, quiet peaceful location. Room are clean and well maintained; the bed is very comfortable indeed ! Check in and check out efficient and pleasant staff. I’ll stay every time I’m in Southend:)

Stayed here visiting family. A pleasant stay. Clean room, easy car parking, and helpful staff. Would stay again.
